Ticket Responsibility

  • Lost or Stolen Tickets: Odyssey Shuttles is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
  • Expiration: All reservations and tickets are valid only for the date and time of travel specified on the ticket. Once issued, tickets and reservations are non-transferable.

Boarding Requirements

  • Ticket and ID: Passengers must present either a printed or electronic ticket, along with valid photo identification, at the time of boarding.

Transportation Responsibility

  • Odyssey Shuttles Liability: Odyssey Shuttles is responsible for transportation solely on its own lines, in accordance with its tariff rules and regulations. The company is not responsible for any actions or omissions by third parties or interline carriers.
  • Interline Carriers: Odyssey Shuttles tickets are not accepted by other carriers.
  • Service Changes: Schedules and services are subject to change without notice. Odyssey Shuttles reserves the right to substitute alternative carriers or modes of transportation as necessary.

Layovers and Stopovers

  • Restrictions: Layovers or stopovers are not permitted on point-to-point segments once the ticket has been issued.

Baggage Liability

  • Limitations: Odyssey Shuttles' liability for baggage is limited to damage only, up to a maximum of $100.00 CAD.

Discounts

  • Eligibility: Senior, Military, Student, or other discounts require valid identification or proof of eligibility at the time of purchase or boarding.

Children Policy

  • Accompanied Travel: Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a passenger aged 16 or older. No exceptions will be made.

Service Interruptions

  • Delays: Odyssey Shuttles is not liable for delays caused by vehicle breakdowns, weather conditions, or other factors beyond the company’s control.
  • WiFi Service: WiFi availability is not available all trips.

Fares and Payments

  • Currency: All fares are payable in Canadian dollars.
  • Rules and Regulations: Please refer to our complete Rules and Regulations for additional travel guidelines.

Refunds and ExchangesTicket RefundsThe refund and cancellation policy is determined by the type of fare purchased. Odyssey Shuttles offers two types of fares: Firm and Flexible.Firm Fares

  • Refunds: Not permitted.
  • Ticket Changes: Not permitted.

Flexible Fares

  • Refunds: Available with a full refund, less the transaction fee, when requested online.
  • Ticket Changes: Permitted if the new fare is of equal or higher value. If the new fare is lower, the original ticket can be refunded and a new one purchased at the new fare, with a transaction fee applied.
  • Missed Schedules: If a passenger misses their scheduled trip, a new ticket must be purchased to travel.

Non-Refundable Tickets

  • Odyssey Shuttles will not issue refunds for tickets sold by other carriers.

How to Refund a TicketFirm Ticket: No RefundsFlexible Ticket:

  • Purchased Online: Submit the online ticket refund form at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Refund requests received after the scheduled travel date will not be processed.some text
    • All form fields must be completed, including a valid phone number.
    • Odyssey Shuttles will contact you within 3 business days to process the refund to your credit card.
  • Note: 10 Trip/Multi-Trip tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for a new date or time, without exceptions.
