I used the Ottawa Valley shuttle for the first time today. I love that they offer a different schedule that is more practical than the competition. Very comfortable - I think it holds 14 people, so you do not feel over crowded. Cupholders for coffee, but be careful - there are no washrooms on board, so prepare ahead :) The driver was fantastic. We made good time, but he waited to ensure passengers got on. There was no logo or company name on the shuttle, so when waiting, keep your eyes peeled for a large, long, dark grey "van/bus" hybrid. Super clean!
